This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid bookings made directly through the ThinkHaus website. It should be read with the ThinkHaus Website Terms of Service and any service-specific terms displayed during booking. Terms issued for a membership, managed office or event proposal will govern that arrangement if they state a different refund rule.
General rule: payments are non-refundable.
Except where required by law, expressly stated during booking, agreed by ThinkHaus in writing, or covered under “When a refund may apply” below, payments are irrevocable, non-refundable and non-creditable.

| Day passes / on-demand workspace | No cancellation or refund. Rescheduling, if offered by the Site or confirmed by ThinkHaus, is subject to availability and the conditions communicated at booking. |
| Meeting rooms, board rooms and podcast studios | No cancellation or refund. Any permitted rescheduling is subject to availability, operating hours, advance-notice requirements and any price difference. |
| Events | No cancellation or refund unless the applicable event proposal or signed agreement expressly provides otherwise. Event-specific terms will prevail. |
| Tours | Tours are ordinarily free. Cancellation or rescheduling may be requested before the scheduled time; a revised slot is subject to availability. |
No refund is due for a no-show, late arrival, early departure, change of mind, unused time, failure to meet access or identification requirements, unsuccessful or incomplete KYC, breach of house rules, or cancellation by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
An approved refund will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the bank, card network, payment gateway or other provider. ThinkHaus is not responsible for delays after the refund has been released to the payment provider.
Statutory rights: Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or another applicable law.
